Molly – Singing, piano, trumpet and recorder teacher

Molly is a 3rd year medical student at Oxford University with a distinction at diploma level for voice, piano, and recorder, as well as distinction for Grade 8 trumpet.
She currently sings as a soprano choral scholar with the prestigious Queen’s College Chapel Choir, and also often performs with the choir of University Church, Oxford. Moreover, she has recently won awards at regional competitions for her solo vocal performances. Alongside studying and singing, Molly rehearses and performs on trumpet with various ensembles, including Oxford University Orchestra, Oxford Millenium Orchestra, and Oxford University Brass Band. Furthermore, she enjoys a very different genre of music through playing recorder in a Baroque opera company.

Her experience in music tuition includes teaching adult beginners on piano, and volunteering for four years in a local music ensemble for young people to support their music education.

Molly received much of her own music tuition at the Junior Royal Academy of Music in London, in addition to rehearsing and volunteering with numerous ensembles at her local music centre. During the university vacations, Molly (accompanied by her mother) performs regular paid concerts for the residents of local care homes, in which she performs a wide range of musical styles on all her four instruments: voice, piano, trumpet, and recorder.
