Reuben – trumpet and piano teacher

Currently in his final year of studying music at Pembroke College, Oxford, Reuben is a brass- player, composer, and conductor with a passion for music education. Whilst focusing on the trombone and French horn, he has a firm grasp of all things brass and a keen interest in the theory behind the music. Since arriving in Oxford, Reuben has played Principal Trombone in the University Orchestra, won or been shortlisted for multiple composition awards, conducted the University Brass Band, and run the Music Society. In the past, he has enjoyed teaching beginners piano to adults and classroom music to 5-7 year olds, accompanying school choirs, and conducting youth bands.
