Ivan is an accomplished jazz and classical piano performer and experienced educator studying Psychology of Learning and Motivation at Oxford. He adapts his teaching style to interests of the students. Ivan also teaches essential and less common music aspects like ear training, special memorization techniques, and music theory analysis for improvising.

Ivan’s psychology of learning research shows studying music at a high level is very beneficial to learners:

Ivan is in the Lady Margaret Hall Jazz Band, Chapel Choir, and Pop Choir.
